Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

 

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is essential to ensure successful delivery.

Before shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help update your shipping address or correct minor errors such as:

  • Incorrect street or house number
  • Postal / ZIP code errors
  • Missing address details
  • Minor spelling mistakes

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

Your order number
Your complete and correct shipping address
Your phone number (if applicable)


After shipment

Once the order has been shipped:

The shipping address can no longer be changed in our system.

In most cases, carriers are also unable to guarantee address changes or rerouting after dispatch.

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, one of the following may occur:

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse
  • The package may still be delivered to the original address provided (if delivery remains possible)

In such cases, depending on the situation and our policy, you may:

  • Request reshipment to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • Request a refund after the returned package has been received by our warehouse (if eligible under our Refund Policy)
