Order cancellation and modification

 

You may request to cancel or modify your order if:

  • The request is submitted within 24 hours after placing the order, and
  • The order has not yet been shipped (still being processed and not handed over to the carrier)

During this period, we may be able to assist with:

  • Changing product options such as size, color, or style
  • Adjusting item quantities
  • Removing selected items
  • Cancelling the entire order

However, once the order has entered packing preparation or has been handed over to the carrier:

  • The order can no longer be changed or cancelled
  • Packages already in transit cannot be intercepted or modified

If you decide that you no longer need the items after shipment, you may submit a return or exchange request after receiving the package according to our Return Policy.

Please note:

Even if your request is submitted within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation or modification if the order has already entered final processing or shipping preparation. Our support team will do their best to assist whenever possible.
